Lego sale

Lucas recently started his craze on Lego and since there is a sale, why not go shopping?!!

When we reach united square, it was 90% empty. Left with some not popular ones like Atlantis, Indiana jones, toy story, ben ten, etc.

While I had to grab the standard Lego sets to increase the number of bricks for him (375 pcs!). Then saw the toy story box (grabbed), Thomas the train (grabbed) and hubby darling bought Lucas two boxes of ben 10 Lego that can be combined to transformed into a different alien (grabbed)!

We contemplated over buying Atlantis which have a lighted brick but is rather complicated thus after discussions, we felt that Lucas is still not of the right age to play with it yet.

Hubby also contemplated to buy the entire series of ben 10 but honestly is a freak if Lucas dissembles them all and not fixed it back so we only bought two boxes.

There was this Lego standing board which I had wanted to get from the staff but they say that the Lego in charged went out for lunch and they need to ask him. When we came back, I saw this young man secretly putting it in the bottom of the bag and I told him that is what I had wanted to ask from the staff but is waiting for the Lego in charge but the young man rebuked me saying "no? What?"

Anyway I told the staff about I wished to ask for it but they say the Lego in charge says no. Then I said but the guy took it and they told me "then that is theft!"

Well I guessed theft is allowed but properly asking is not allowed then. :(

Whatever... At least we got what we need. ;) pain in the pocket? $120 for five boxes. Nothing 55% off but rather the best we could see by then was 40% off. Good enough! Yeah!

Prince of kizzofgoddess

I hv received email asking who is prince of Lucas.... Yes for new customers of kizzofgoddess would not have been familiar with Lucas but fret not, here are some pics to show the prince pics!

It's my birthday!

Today is my birthday but celebrations started two days ago!

Bad part:
a)I am ONE year older now!
b) And I was awaken by bad gastric pain... Pain....

Good part:
a)more celebrations in 5 hrs time!
b) two dinners on birthday had been savored!

Honestly I don't know what I want for my birthday. Each year I yearned for something n I will tell hubby or at least I know it myself but this year and for a few years now, I really don't know what I want! Loved ones are usually very lost in getting my pressies!

I used to yearn for branded bags then I bought myself a gucci bag x 2, a lv bag n wallet (from hubby on my birthday), a Polaroid which Bella got for me on my last birthday, a diamond bracelet with lots of diamonds which hubby got for me on my birthday, a half carat proposal ring which hubby bought, a diamond earring which hubby also bought... So as a 小女人, I have got all I want for myself... So I really don't know what I want as a pressie!

Maybe yes I know what I want... Its a little impossible but I shall jus say - a car.

Seriously I need a car to travel around as it's more convenient. Though I had a very bad car accident on my 7th day of getting a license n I am still trying to get over it, but I guessed a car is something that I need in my daily life. I travel a lot while doing the gold investments for clients and need to run around 5 days a week to bring Lucas to his enrichment schools. I could get a taxi but sometimes there r no taxis available! So yes I need a car for traveling. I don't need a BMW but would be glad if I have it. A Hyundai or smaller brand is just as fine.

So my birthday wish for this year is GOOD HEALTH n a CAR!!!!!

Happy birthday Adeline aka Yixuan aka myself!

Update

Lost n found

On attending an important full day seminar yesterday, I met a long lost friend! How small is thr world!

I first met him when I was 14.
Then I sold him a investment plan when I was 23. He gave him a gold pendant on my 21st birthday which I kept till now!

So happy that I met him again!
The best part is that he is doing so well in his company with a lovely family of 2 kids.

Cries

I cried so much ytd, today my eyes were swollen in the morning...

I cried becos I saw in my own eyes how 人心邪恶... A man who took the whole family legacy pushed his mom out of the house becos the maid takin care of it wants to go back to her daughter n he refused to get another maid himself while holding on to the legacy n promise that he will take care of this old woman. He is so heartless! I heard him said for maid to go, this mom have to
go! And he pushed the mom who is in the wheelchair blocking the main gate out before he released the maid. How evil!

It's none of my business but I can never imagine how painful the old woman feels though she is a little deaf.. But she is not blind..or maybe she is blind at heart or wanting to stil stay in his house.

This is the evil man with evil tots.. He even said "want me to keep her? Pass the money over!" damn! That is her 棺材本!

I asked hubby why human is so not humane. He says this man probably is and is really a businessman who was pushed around this way and with no emotion in his heart, he treats his family this way too. He will get his own taste of treatment one day.

I feel so sorry for her n I cried so hard. Why is the policeman so powerless to punish this idiot?

But hubby say too. This is the old woman's karma too.. U can say it's gold or bad.. Bad in one statement - no children want her except her one daugter but good is that his one daughter is willing to take care of her wholeheartedly. Can anyone who contest that takes over the responsibility of taking care of this old woman? If not, those who contest and bad mouth this only willing daughter must shut up n stop spreading falsies that will only create more 口业.

I am So proud of this daughter so willing to do so much even tho people are stabbing her at back.

I am even more proud to say that she is my mother in law.

To Mil,
I am so shameful in front of you cos you showed me that filial piety is more action, less words. You showed me that you are strong regardless of what everyone ganged up against you but do nothing to take charged while you are willing to take over without complaints.
Thank you for showing me this lesson of life and how to face up to trials and yet remained strong.

Love,
Yixuan

A Story (Part 1)

Title of the story:
三万六:人心险恶

characters appearing in the story:
Old man A : OMA
Old woman A : OWA
kids B1,B2,B3,B4,B5,B6,B7,B8,B9,B10
Kids F1, F2, F3
Me: narrator

Story begins:
In the beginning, OMA & OWA married in a small town happily. OMA did some business and it bloomed into something real big.

OMA & OWA started their family, bought a plot of land and their family business expanded.

Good things will never stay good. At least in this story. OMA & OWA have their occasional fights and quarrels, a common thing among couples. One day, there was this super big argument. the argument was so bad that they stopped talking to each other. Well they had 13 children. Quite a number but not so for the pioneer generation who grew along with this country.

So how do you see it? The ten over children are all grown up now and all are decision makers. You have two mcq choices as kids.

A) mitigate among the two oldies n settle the matter amicably.

B) take sides

The kids choose (B).

Then shortly after the OMA passes away n before he does, B10 "saiz go" OMA to passes the entire legacy to him n loudly promised that he will be fully in charged of OWA and will take care of her entire life. The entire legacy was then solely given to B10 n not a single cent to the rests. The others on one hand were upset that their dad was kinda I think silly or selfish to give EVERYTHING to B10. But they do not have a choice.

Thereafter, B10 sold everything n gathered at least 10m or more to himself. Got himself a hong kong wife n began his journey as a dunno-what businessman which none did well. Yes, till then, he kept his promise to look after the OWA.

As years passes, OWA got older n older. She was a proud woman all her life during her rich days. She converted to be a Christian. Well, we all know, 生老病死. This woman also goes through the way of life and along the way, suffered strokes 2 or 3 times. She survived. She herself have a lump of jewelley n about 100k or so.

Then the bad times came in. B10 who promised to take care of her womanized when he went to china. By then, his hk wife perhaps knew this, schemed towards the OWA. This hk woman is quite trusted blindly by this OWA. This OWA have some 私房钱 as her final days money. She put inside the bank and scared that in case she can't go to the bank, this hk wife of B10 can help her. It's logical cos this OWA stayed with B10.

This hk wife one day brought her own mom to SG and took out money from the bank account. OWA asked frequently how much is in the bank and the hk woman lies to her saying it's the same.

One day, dunno who was instructed by this OWA to take the bank book and they found out that instead of 100k, she is left with 50k. Taking the bank book, the dunno who confronted the hk woman and the next day the hk woman sent her own mom back to hk. Then the dunno who and many in the family questioned B10 then found out that it's really the bk woman gave the money to her own mom to buy a condo unit in hk! It's all too late. B10 could not do anything to his own wife aka the hk woman as he is aware that she is also aware of his affair. Shortly after, they divorced. And this idiot B10 brought the China gf home to
SG.

Well in between no one knows what happened to B10
But perhaps he lost money in business as he downgraded himself from a semi detached house to a Hdb. But everyone knew there is no chance that he have loses all the 5m or 10m or 20m as that china gf still sticks to
Him. Nonetheless is that he went to choose a Hdb unit that is on the 3rd floor that is super inaccessible for the wheelchair bound OWA to move around even with the maid. Everytime her other children wants to bring her out, someone have to carry the poor wheelchair bound woman up n down the narrow staircase. This made the OWA refused to go Out. Even for walks.

From then on, the 50k money is never passes to B10 but to F1. F1 is ok to do and not super rich but never needing. F1 put the money into fixed deposit. All the time B10 wants to take this 50k back for his own use. He told everyone his business not doing well and so this 50k must be used to engage maids n pay for levy. Damn again.!! Have we all forgotten that he had took the whole legacy n is feeding a 游手好闲 China girlfriend??!! And he still dare to demand for money?!
F1 never give in.

Ok let's move to the jewelry part of the sad story. Part 2 continues the story.

Canon in D

Canon in D (Composed by Pachelbel)

This version played using electronic violin is just AWESOME.
- My current fave

Sharing this on my blog coz I just felt this renewed surge of energy in me.
Life is getting more and more exciting.
Not to mention, this mucis was both used in Bella and mine's wedding!
We simply love this and nobody should miss this..!
Therefore, Pachelbel Canon in D is gorgeously meaningful to Kizzofgoddess!

If you are looking for a song on your wedding ROM or dinner,
this could be your alternative choice if you are stuck on it :)

Johann Pachelbel

Johann Pachelbel lived from 1653-1706.
In 1671, at the age of 18, he moved to Vienna (Austria) where he became a student.
In 1692 he moved to Nuremburg where he lived until his death in 1706.

The Canon was written around 1680 and it is Mr. Pachelbel’s most famous piece.
The original was written for three violins with a bass accompaniment and a gigue.

A German Baroque composer, organist and teacher, who brought the south German organ tradition to its peak. He composed a large body of sacred and secular music, and his contributions to the development of the chorale prelude and fugue have earned him a place among the most important composers of the middle Baroque era.

Pachelbel's music enjoyed enormous popularity during his lifetime; he had many pupils and his music became a model for the composers of south and central Germany.

Grand uncle

Yo!

Can someone educate me on the proper names of the elders in the family!? Do you, like me, fall into the world of silence when u meet up with relatives then don't know what to greet her?!!

Just that day, we went to meet lucas's granduncle. I think Lucas should greet him as granduncle cos he is my father in law's younger brother.

But what is the proper Cantonese or Chinese name for it?

Lucas had so much fun that he displayed signs of jealousy when his twin cousins were carried by his grand uncle n grand auntie.

Tbc zzzz
