Christmas craziness!

Before the guests arrive, there was a total blackout in my block! Not entire block but entire one side of my block!
At first we thought it was only in my unit then hubby checked the Mcb unit n shouted it's the entire block! So we ran out of our unit n looked! True enough, the two units of the whole block had no lights! Drama!

Called the police and they said we have to look out for the number outside the lift n call them to bring back the lights! They were really fast! Lights were back in twenty mins and just a few mins after guests arrived!

We played only one game this Xmas and that's stepping on each other's balloons tied to the legs! I couldn't play cos I m 4months P already! So I brought the Xmas songs out with speakers and blast our corridor! Boy! Our guest, Brandon was the lead player stepping on the balloons!! Did I say that Brandon is a serious boxer?? He didn't looked like he was going to play but when it got into him, he was the most spontaneous dad of this game!!

Of course prior to game, we feasted on bella's famous and fabulous cooking!!
I added some sushi to it :)

Then we rested and chatted and a lot of bonding was made :) that's the point of Xmas besides the presents and food right?

Took lots of pictures using our Kizzofgoddess's dslr camera but finally the group picture was taken with my new 4s iPhone (a pressie from Tatwei aka hubby!)

As usual to our 11th year celebration of Xmas as family, presents are only opened t 12mn. This year, two boys had the most expensive presents. One is Xavier - given him a most upgrade xbox kinect from hubby and me as an encouragement to him for his well done psle n Xmas. It's not the basic set but rather all that we can upgrade, we upgraded for him! It's the first burn in the pocket. Then Lucas - hubby bought lots of Lego for him! I bought him his favourite - transformer toys and u his own chosen ultraman figurines! Sherman yizhang bought him a 90cm tall ultraman figurine!!!

Next is Bella - I bought her an awesome set of Vera wang's perfume set and a Kate spade sling bag for her love towards me. Jewel received an awesome ishuffle from me and two beautiful jewellery box which I feel like conning her into giving it to me! As for me, I received an incredible gold bar
Thumb drive which almost made me cry cos it's really very very gorgeous looking! I also loved the super gold smelling passion fruit shower gel from wendy which I adore very much and used it immediately after the party!! There are many more presents unmentioned :) we were so in awe with the stuff we received this year! No more lame tiny figurine nor lip gloss nor ugly leopard panties!! Yeah!

I just can't for next year's Xmas to come and hopefully we will have a new member in the family! ;)

In the month of December 2011

It is an hectic month and today is especially hot and cold! Ops sorry? Hot and cold?!!! Yeah! Hot cos there are so many things to do on a Xmas eve! Need to grab the festive goodies n one more (not last min cos I have been running to five branches hunting!!) Xmas present to get for my bil! And finally!! I got it!! The rests of the presents are ready ever since .. One week ago! Started the shopping like two weeks ago! Have to get for the guests in the house and my family!

The Xmas tree was up only like this week cos I am not in a good condition to setup all by myself so have to wait for the kids to finally stay in my place this week! I tell you they have been the greatest assets!

And now they r spraying graffiti on the black color glass doors in the house!!

Lucas's going to school!

After all the hypes about needing to put a child in school, what school, best school, best curriculum, top schools in SG, I have decided. The best place provides no viruses to your child, has a group of committed and dedicated teachers who may not be the best but definitely fulfills the above.

Once an idiot drew a beautiful picture in my mind that one should put our child in the best or top kindergarten school in SG. Then when school starts, it says the school Is not flawless and has a fleet of steps unsuitable and unsafe for her brat. Hmmm.. Well, it continues to brawl on the principal who has every reasons to be busy that it should be attended to because it was once in the industry.

I believe that at the back of the principal's mind, she must be thankful to the almighty God that such duh was going to be away and disassociated with the school. Hallelujah!

Anyway back to the topic, a new school for Lucas has been chosen with love. Lucas was brought to the new school and he showed that he like the school. I hope he will enjoy the school
Life.

It's along yio chu kang road so it's pretty near to where I stay or will stay for hopefully another two years, after which I am likely to move estate.

Creeps

I was browsing through the Facebook newsfeed when I came across this:

"we must test you not to know if you are capable. It is to test if you can be trusted!"

Woohoo! How true!

In this life, even God needs to put all to the test. So what about humans? Do we need to do that? Answer is yes! N it's from there that you will find out who are ur friends and who are the wolves eyeing on you. Of cos think positively too that the wolves only eye on fatty meats So if someone eye on you, take it with pride that you are worthy in front of the pack.

Those who proclaim themselves to be sons n daughters of god or the living saints must put themselves to the test to prove to others that they are worthy n truly worthy of what they call themselves to be. Even when one sister says "I am your sister, your family" - you have to open your eyes to see if you are going to be the feed or part of the pack.

Many a times, shamefully, one is always the feed. But there are the true ones who r sincere n take you with the pack by not stealing what's yours and not creeping up just to find out how n where n who you hunt.

So ask yourself among your own family and best of friends, are you the hunter or are you being hunted?

If you ain't sure, fret not. Those who wants to hunt for you will never be able to hide their insatiable hunger. SO, Along with time, it will tell. Your eyes will show you the right direction to go to be with the pack and not be hunted. Face your fears. When you are hunted, your instinct will tell you how you turn the tables around and hunt to survive.
